Priority System
When multiple badges match a product, they are shown in order of priority (higher number = higher priority). Use the Max badges per product setting to limit how many badges appear on a single product — you can show from 1 up to 5 badges. Set priority when editing each badge.
Troubleshooting
Badges are not showing on my products
- Check that the badge is active
- Verify that the current date is within the badge schedule (Start Date / End Date) if you set one — the badge only shows between those dates
- Verify that products match the badge rules
- Clear your site cache and browser cache
- Check if your theme has custom product templates that might conflict
Badge position looks wrong on my theme
Try adjusting the badge position in badge settings. If issues persist, contact support with your theme name and a screenshot.
Multiple badges are showing on one product
Use Max badges per product in BadgePro settings to limit how many badges appear (1–5). Badges are shown in priority order; lower-priority ones are hidden when the limit is reached.
